Job Summary:

We are seeking junior & senior Ruby On Rails Developers to join our team in developing, scaling & maintaining our SaaS product for existing and current business clients. After receiving a new round of funding we are experiencing massive growth and this presents unique opportunities to be at the forefront of Rails technology. We are built on the Hotwire/Stimulus stack and are solving real world world problems for business clients who depend on our software. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating efficient, scalable, and secure code using Ruby on Rails framework.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain using Ruby on Rails

– Collaborate during code reviews and share ideas for improvement

– Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

– Implement front-end elements using StimulusJS, TailwindCSS, BootstrapCSS

– Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance

– Conduct software testing to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Experience:

– Proven experience as a Ruby On Rails Developer or similar role

– Strong proficiency in Ruby language and Ruby on Rails framework

– Familiarity with PostgreSQL

– Knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, TailwindCSS, BootstrapCSS

– Experience with relational databases and writing complex queries

– Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
