The successful applicants will Provide expert specialist knowledge enabling successful systems procurement, implementation, administration and further development of electronic patient systems. Manage and lead a specialist team of multi skilled information professionals responsible and accountable for the delivery of an information service to the Corporate and Clinical Directorates. Plan, develop and implement work programmes for systems development and upgrades, informing options available and recommending preferred solutions as appropriate. Provide specialist support and advice on systems configuration and use to support all aspects of care, service planning, policy-making and accountability. Provide specialist advice on systems specification, requirements, functionality, implementation, and roll out across the organisation.
