Job Description :

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Part-time Gardener, with a minimum of 2 years of gardening experience. Ideally, the person will be available for at least 3 days (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but happy to discuss options).

The ideal candidate will be able to work at heights and ideally have a valid driving licence with VAN driving experience.

Garden Maintenance Operative skills requirements:

• Valid Full Driving license and ability to drive a Transit style van when required (Ideal)
• Horticultural qualification or relevant gardening work experience (Essential)
• Working at heights – minimum 3m (Essential)
• Friendly & polite with good communication skills and an ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of plants and fertilising
• Prune and trim trees, hedges, shrubs and brushes
• Mowing, trimming, edging lawns, mulching, forking and weeding green spaces
• Manual handling of various objects (including all shapes and sizes) inline with Health and Safety Regulations
• Working outdoors in all-weather types

Salary depends on experience.
