We're looking for Supplier Management Support to join our Supplier Management team at Tesco Bank.

SM Policy Framework and Systems team's aim/focus is ….
- Develop the policy/framework and embedding ensuring that the supplier management team becomes easier to do business with internally and externally.
- Ensuring we have clear understanding of risk in our supply chain.
- Assuring compliance with all relevant Regulations.
- Help to educate and inform stakeholders across the subject of Supplier Management.
- Maintain, develop and integrate our systems including the new vendor risk management system.
- Assuring our supply chain is resilient.
What you'll be doing- Support the Procurement and Supplier Management teams in managing Due Diligence and Supplier Risk Assessment.
- Engaging relevant stakeholders and supporting Supplier Risk Assessors, Supplier Managers and leadership team to report on service and risk exposures.
- Working in the Policy, Framework and Systems team.
We need you to have- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
- Ability to review data and create relevant and effective reports.
- Ability to communicate and liaise with internal and on occasion, where required, external stakeholders.
- Act as a team member to work with others to deliver improvements and support others.
- Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
And if you have any of these, even better- Knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks or willingness to learn about this and associated compliance aspects.
- Can understand how to optimise processes.

Role Alignment
Following the announcement regarding Tesco's' strategic partnership with Barclays, this role will support our banking business and will transfer to Barclay's UK towards the end of 2024, subject to regulatory approval. Please note, the transfer date may change.
