Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support our Client Accounts team on a temporary 3-month (minimum) contract.
The successful candidate for this role will be a ‘hands on' individual and be fully flexible with a ‘Can Do' attitude.
The role will consist of but not be restricted to -
- The accurate and efficient transfer of data between our CRM systems
- Data cleansing and data entry
- Accurately updating spreadsheets and systems
- Reporting to the Accounts Manager on progress, this is a key role within a small team
Skills required:
A keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
IT literate; must be competent at using Microsoft Office Package
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to work and meet deadlines
Communication skills - be able to talk to staff and management professionally
Organisational skills - be able to track tasks and deliver results in a timely manner
The position could potentially suit a computer literate student looking for temporary summer work.
Renumeration
Job Type: Full time (part time considered).
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Benefits: 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with on-site parking.
Work Location: County Chambers, Kings Road, Melton Mowbray.
