Job Responsibility:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Staff Member to join our team at The Sun.
Reporting to the Head Chef we have 14 hours available working between hours of 11.30am and 4pm Sunday, 11.30am - 9pm Monday with the option to work additional days when they are available. There will also be additional shifts as we enter the busy summer period and later in the year with Christmas being one of our busiest times. This could be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Salary: £11.50 per hour to start, experience necessary

What you'll be accountable for:
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of all products and menu items, adhering to weights, measures and elements of presentation are to the specification required.
Maintaining a sanitary kitchen, storage, refrigeration and cleaning of all equipment. Maintaining a supplies inventory by checking stock anticipating needs and listing requirements for ordering. Consistently maintain high standards of service.
Strive to deliver great food that will exceed our guests expectations.Engage with all team members to create a great fun place to work.Regularly contribute over and above the performance requirements of your role.Maximise every opportunity to keep wastage to a minimum.Comply with health and safety procedures keeping our team and customers safe at all times.Exercise personal care and responsibility towards yourself and others.Make appropriate use of equipment and personal protective equipment
