The post holder will work as an essential member of the occupational health and wellbeing team and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive and high-quality service. To help us achieve our aims, we are looking for a highly motivated, well organised individual who is able to communicate across a wide group of individuals. We are seeking to recruit a qualified (on part 3 of the NMC register), experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic occupational health advisor. You will be involved in all aspects of the service, providing a high level comprehensive Occupational Health Service to Trust staff, facilitating employee wellbeing through health screening, health assessment and health promotion, working as part of a cohesive occupational health team within a very busy environment. The ideal candidate will be highly confident, have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills and a flexible pro-active approach to be able to manage a varied and demanding workload. Working alongside our multidisciplinary team, maintaining your professional specialist nursing skills you will work autonomously providing all aspects of specialist OH services delivering care with compassion. A significant part of this varied and dynamic role will be to lead and support the development of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide and maintain a competent workforce that is responsive to our new ways of working. Our MDT currently comprises a range of health professions: Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Clinical Psychology, OH Medical Practitioner, supported by our excellent Administrative Team.
