This role will play a significant part in maintaining strong relationships with our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our services within the local authorities and housing associations. The Role
The Resident Liaison Assistant Officer will act as an integral member of our customer service team, delivering outstanding support and problem-solving service to residents. The successful candidate will balance multiple tasks effectively, ensuring administrative excellence within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, providing professional customer service support.
- Manage administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to internal processes and policies.
- Coordinate efficiently with other teams and departments to resolve resident queries and concerns.
- Utilise IT systems competently for scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential service enhancements.
