Job Responsibility:
Adviser Support - Office based - Aberdeen
Salary range depending on experience: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to join our expanding team and make a real impact! As part of our Adviser Support & Paraplanning team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service to our large client bank across the country, ensuring work is processed accurately and on time.
In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out tasks in a pooled resource environment working with a diverse and growing client pipeline, balancing both existing relationships and new opportunities. With a mix of proactive and reactive responsibilities, we need someone with a strong administration focus who always puts the client first.
We are looking for an experienced professional who's not afraid to challenge the status quo to enhance our processes and guarantee an excellent client experience every time.

· Experience in supporting Wealth Advisers across various product areas.
· A solid understanding of compliance requirements in the advisory process.
· Ability to navigate and adhere to defined business processes and use our in-house CRM system.
· Proven track record of achieving targets independently.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· Excellent articulation and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
