Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience) + Commission Package.

Job Description

Permanent - Full Time, 40 hours per week

The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for environmentalism to join our sales team. As a dedicated sales professional you will be responsible for helping to manage our existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, purpose-led company. We are looking for an ambitious individual who would like to grow and develop with the company. Long term, there is the opportunity to progress into new business development for the right individual.

Responsibilities

· Help to manage over 1,000 national accounts, ranging from SMEs to corporations.

· Take responsibility for customer retention and business development of existing clients.

· Accurately record data on our CRM system.

· Work with the Sales Team on business development projects.

· Build your own personal brand on Linkedin.

Experience & Skills - Essential

· Experience making regular cold calls.

· Experience working within telesales for 3+ years.

· Experience working with CRM systems.

· The ability to learn sales scripts, language patterns and question asking.

· Experience and understanding of the psychology of sales.

· The ability to master tonality in any sales situation.

Experience & Skills - Highly Desirable

· Experience working within the cardboard box or packaging industry.
