Overview:

Start Date: June

Hybrid: Onsite in offices in Bolton

Working Hours: 9am – 4.30pm ( Mon – Thurs ) / 9am – 2.30pm ( Fri )

Office Based: Tue / Wed / Thur – WFH on Monday’s and Fridays

Outshine are recruiting for an experienced sales / business developer to join our growing team on a full time or part time basis. Due to continued growth in the last 6 months, we are expanding our team further to facilitate new and exciting campaigns.

Responsibilities:– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling- Uncover new sales opportunities- Arrange qualified meetings and generate new leads- Create, manage and nuture a pipeline of leads

Experience:– Minimum of 2 years in sales ( B2B prefered )- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong telephone experience, specifically in outbound calling- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Hiring Process:

– Screening call- Onsite interview at our offices in bolton- Test call & offer within 1 week

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
