Job Description :

Tylers are looking to recruit Customer focused individuals to join their Cambridge Lettings team.

Both roles require excellent Communication, Organisation and IT skills, Microsoft office 365.

Knowledge of lettings, or at least an awareness of renting will be advantageous, togetherwith negotiations skills and a capacity to problem solve. Keep upto speed with changing policy & legislation and the wider challenges facingthe property industry generally.

As a property manager you will be dealing with Landlords, tenants and contractors involving complex conversations and working to a deadline whilst adapting to ever changing situations to achieve conflict resolution.

Attention to detail in processing paperwork, Great time keeping and ability to achieve deadlines in the face of stressful situations.

The role of a Lettings Sales Negotiator will require a good telephone manner and an excellent face to face presence. Teamwork and collaboration is essential but a desire to succeed and achieve individual targets is also important. Keep accurate records of discussions with applicants, tenants and landlords. Promote the company, upload information to our bespoke computer system and help to create new business by embracing and developing marketing and strategy policies.

As routine visits and attending property inspections and viewings are required it is essential to hold a current driving licence for a manual car.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
