Our company is seeking to expand our team and have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Customer Service/Telesales Handler. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers continuing to promote our range of products along with processing orders. We are looking for a talented and innovative customer service/telesales representative with a strong attention to detail who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Calling existing customers for orders.
- Promoting our range of products.
- Processing orders for delivery.
- Dealing with customer queries.
Hourly rate £12.20 per hour and there is potential to earn bonus and commission.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
