About the role / the team:

The role will be working within the Revenue and Operational Assurance Team and will require extensive knowledge of billing in a financial services environment.

What you will be doing / Key Responsibilities:

You will have the responsibilities as a Senior Analyst in Operational Assurance to manage and communicate the end to end resolution for high value issues. Advocating and acting as SME for best practice and customer experience in the billing environment.

You will be accountable for end to end issue management, communication and resolution. Working across Global Revenue Operations to coordinate remediation activities. Liaising across the wider business, notably with finance, lines of business and customer services to ensure that communication is clear and buy in to action is agreed.

Working alongside the Operational Assurance lead for Billing Assurance to drive process improvements in the Operational Assurance stream to promote control, visibility and harness MI.

• Triage, communication and management of issues

• Gaining commitment and support from the appropriate areas for resolution

• Ensure proactive identification, management and escalation of any risks/issues

• Creation and management of plans, and effective resourcing to ensure successful delivery

• Accurate, timely and concise reporting to agreed standard

• Ability to look after multiple tasks concurrently to a high standard

• Reporting over Tiered Pricing activity

• Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure understanding and clarity of action

• Highly organised and able to lead cross functional teams, navigate complexity and build relationships

• Billing in a financial services environment

• Issue management and communication

• Working knowledge MS Office suite

• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
