Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service? We're seeking a dedicated Petrol Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy fuel station. Join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient fuel dispensing, store management, and facility upkeep.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of attendants, cashiers, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service.
lnventory Expertise:Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and keep a well-stocked fuel and convenience store.
Customer Focus: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Safety Champion: Enforce safety protocols, from hazardous materials storage to fire safety measures and emergency response procedures.
Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, expenses, and profit margins, preparing accurate financial reports.
Strategic Sales: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, promote loyalty programs, and attract new patrons.
Facility Excellence:Ensure the station's cleanliness, oversee maintenance tasks, and coordinate repairs.
Detailed Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries, transactions, inventory, and financial activities.
Regulatory Adherence: Stay up-to-date with environmental regulations, health standards, and industry requirements.
Budget Management:Create and manage budgets, controlling costs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Empowerment Through Training: Provide continuous training to staff in safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
Emergency Response: Lead the team during emergencies, adhering to established protocols for spills, accidents, and power outages.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market changes to make informed decisions.
Motivational Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, inspire the team, and promote a culture of teamwork.
