Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management and Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for our BtR property clients, managing their accounts from onboarding to ongoing support. Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimization strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios. Analyze data on occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues, providing actionable recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners. Collaborate closely with these stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize value for our clients.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. Work closely with the internal team to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies for growth.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Project Management Support: Provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate efforts and overcome challenges.

Your Contribution:

Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in elevating our client relationships and driving business success in the dynamic BtR market. By leveraging your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and client-centric approach, you'll help Home Made maintain its position as a leader in the industry.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 (mix of office and field based)

Office location: London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)

Salary:£35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K

What we look for:

  • Must have at least 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Project Management
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
