The Role:
The Havas Creative Finance team is looking for a Junior Finance Assistant, entry level to support our FP&A. A key part of the role will be working closely with our Finance Analysts.
Responsibilities:

• Data validity checks against the data in our system and approved rates/roles

• Timesheet chasing

• Responsible for timesheet movements on our system, Pulse.

• Resource set up

• Ensure rate cards, rates and roles are up to date in the system.

• Maintenance of the Pulse our estimating and billing tool is maintained and used appropriately.

• Maintenance of data in Agresso, our finance system

• Support the FP&A team with ad hoc analysis tasks.

• Support the management accounts team with ad hoc analysis tasks.
