Location: London
Hybrid work 2 to 3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

Main duties:
Represent the brand and act as a main point of contact for subscribers
Manage the administration of digital and offline subscriptions
Handle daily administration tasks, including reporting and system updates
Promote subscription options and contribute to increase revenues
Be creative and seek out new ways to encourage subscriptions
Investigate any issue customers might encounter as well as failed payments
The candidate:
Fluency is German is mandatory for this role
Experience in sales administration or sales and marketing would be ideal
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and confident with decision-making
