Credit Risk Lifecycle is made up of teams that specialise in different elements of the customer lifecycle and this role is principally concerned with SMB Collections Strategy & Policy for Small & Medium business customers across BT & EE. What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for identifying, managing and delivering improvements to collections processes to support Credit Risk Lifecycle targets.
  • Scoping and communicating initiatives to achieve collections, bad debt & compulsory churn targets.
  • Complete adhoc analysis to identify performance differences or areas of improvement impacting collections performance and or debt.
  • Manage reporting and analysis to ensure accurate story for collections performance is communicated to stakeholders up to Director level.
  • Maintain effective relationships up to Director level ensuring clear communication at all times.
  • Effectively managing direct reports (where appropriate) ensuring work is effectively distributed and performance is within company targets.
The experience you'll have
  • Experience in Credit Risk Lifecycle within a high volume consumer environment.
  • Experience in analysis & interpretation of large volumes of data.
  • Experience of implementing configuration level changes to specialist Credit Risk systems.
  • Experience in Telco sector.
  • Understanding of Collections Desktop
