What You'll Do as Senior Care Co-ordinator

• Manage the quality of care plans & risk assessments in the business
• Manage the administration of care staff ensuring all training documentation is up to date
• Conduct staff supervisions
• Answer care related questions across the business
• To deputise for the Care Manager in cases of sickness or annual leave.
• Supporting the Care Manager with recruitment, onboarding & training of new staff
• Work with the Registered Care Manager to ensure quality and standards are implemented and maintained
• Participate in investigations and reviewing the learning from complaints, safeguarding and incidents

What You'll Bring

• Experience in care work, specifically working with care plan management
• The ability to build rapport & display empathy when dealing with guests & staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of care standard and regulations
• Exceptional task management skills
• Be able to recognise any safeguarding concerns and escalate to the Care Manager

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday - with UK tour visits as and when required

Ability to commute/relocate: Custard Factory, Gibb St, Digbeth, Birmingham, B9 4AA

Hybrid Working: Office Days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
