What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and support our sales team, consisting of dedicated sales administrators.
- Streamline Operations: Implement and refine sales procedures to boost efficiency.
- Order Processing: Use Sage to manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Website Management: Maintain and update our website to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Customer Focus: Handle customer interactions, ensuring top-notch service for all inquiries and issues.
- Drive Sales: Collaborate with our field sales representative and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess current processes, identify problems, and implement solutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilise Excel for reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in a sales management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment at an SME.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Sage, and e-commerce platforms.
