Overview:We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team in preparing delicious dishes in our busy restaurant kitchen, must have knowledge of Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and Tandoor food.- Ensure the grill station is set up and stocked with all needed ingredients and equipment- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as necessary- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill area- Assist in developing new menu items or specials

Experience:- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant environment- Solid understanding of culinary techniques and practices- Knowledge of food safety procedures- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Proficient in grill cooking methods and techniques- Experience in meal preparation and presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only

Experience:

• Chef: 1 year (preferred)
• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
