We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.

Duties:

– Greet customers as they enter the establishment- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently- Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience

Experience:

– Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred- Knowledge of food safety protocols- Basic math skills for handling transactions- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
