Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required- Basic math skills for calculating bills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
