About The Role

We have an opportunity to join the Group IT Team as a Licence Application Rights Manager on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting into the Senior IT Services Manager, you will manage access to various IT facilities, systems and infrastructure by helping users define their access needs to ensure that access control processes are effective. In this busy and varied role, you will own all aspects of the process of authorising access to all IT Facilities for all Volkswagen Group Employees, service providers and our retailer network.

You'll manage a vast portfolio of group employees, so will be comfortable in managing a complex application landscape with lots of moving parts, You'll be a highly organised team player with the ability to develop and optimise processes and take ownership of problems, proactively working to resolve them. A key part of this role will include helping represent IT in Audits and ensuring that Volkswagen Group UK is licenced appropriately.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

• Experience of dealing with outsourced suppliers and software asset management businesses
• Excellent communication skills including presentation skills
• Strong process development and optimisation
