As Production Designer in the Commerce Product team, you will maintain Commerce experiences for the Global Streaming Platform team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing visual integrity of websites and applications. What You'll Do:
- Execute ongoing updates of Commerce product experiences including assets (images, multi-media elements) and associated metadata.
- Curate and deliver visual and design element updates for high profile projects including promotions, additions of new products and proposition/territory launches.
- Complete regular quality assurance checks to ensure properties are free from visual/design errors. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with product, UX, copywriting and business stakeholders to plan and manage production updates. Daily partnership with producer focused on Commerce maintenance.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system to streamline updates and ensure design consistency.
- Update design asset delivery guidelines to reflect changes in product design strategy.
- Work with the Manager, Production Operations to make recommendations for the improvement of product maintenance. Working with the product team to help define and implement those changes.
- Implement production plans with impeccable quality while meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Communicate the status of daily and project-oriented production updates to stakeholders, management and cross functional team members
- Deliver on update plans driven by best practice and proven methodologies to drive Commerce business outcomes
What You'll Bring:
- Some industry experience in the field of production design.
- Experience with leading design tools, including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Sketch, Figma, and other collaboration and prototyping tools
- Experienced production designer with documented experience managing website/app maintenance for a similar property, ideally in the subscription commerce space but not essential.
- You have robust prioritisation skills that enable you to work on multiple tracks and pivot from one project to another.
- You feel most at home in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment.
- An online portfolio reflecting your experience, including shipped and currently in-market products, and demonstrating end-to-end production design approach
