Job Description

We are looking for an ITSM Platform Administrator to join our IT team at our Head Office in Carlton Park, Leicester. The Platform Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of platform development and management including consultation, design, configuration, implementation, reporting and system administration.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the Watches of Switzerland Group IT Service Management platform. You will support effective end-to-end delivery of services to the Group, including those non-IT services that are managed through the platform.

About You

  • Sound knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent technical aptitude including the ability to learn new technologies
  • An articulate and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships to successfully design and deliver processes
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Fresh Service, Servicedesk Plus, Manage Engine or similar platforms would be beneficial but not essential
