Inside Sales Associate Location:

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands Airport

Hours: 08.30 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday

Your Tasks

• Grow new and existing business, offering every customer a first-class experience
• Secure new customer accounts, integrating them smoothly into our operations and supporting them to fulfil their logistics requirements
• Maintain and monitor customer records and revenue to provide valuable business insights

Your Skills

• Proven business-to-business outbound telesales experience
• Logistics and supply chain experience is preferred, ideally within freight forwarding
• Excellent organisation and communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations
• The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
• A passion for showing initiative, solving problems and hitting targets
• Project and time management skills
