As the Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the overall well being of our residents. Qualifications: NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care; Level 5 Leadership & Management preferred. Proven experience in a senior role within a care home setting. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A commitment to providing person-centered care. Core skills required
