We are looking for an Internal Auditor to join our Pre-Engagement Vetting team to support the current function and contribute to the development of the division. This is role requires no auditing experience, but candidates must have some experience working in an office-based role in an administrative capacity.

The Role:
  • Review candidate Pre-engagement files for compliance with regulations and client requirements.
  • Pre-Engagement Vetting team will gather information, perform checks, and prepare files for auditing.
  • Audit files thoroughly and accurately to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Complete all processes before the candidate starts on-site with the client, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Record and rectify any adverse findings, obtaining required information from relevant teams.
  • Escalate serious issues through appropriate channels.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of internal processes, procedures, and client vetting requirements, including the 'RAG Matrix' (Red, Amber, Green Matrix).
The Person:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with a methodical and thorough work approach.
  • Experience handling high volumes of work within strict criteria and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong relationship skills to work with a large team.
  • Confidence to make requests, push back, and follow up on processes to ensure task completion.
