Main purposes of job:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, sales focused, Customer Eligibility Coordinator to join our team based in Llantarnam, to support the Sales Directorate and Eligibility Team. You will be responsible for ensuring that ECO 4 Leads from our partners are compliant and delivered in a timely manner. The successful candidate will support and coordinate the individual Sales Channels. Managing the resident through the ECO 4 process, you will take an active role in communicating updates, gathering and reporting evidence, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
Tasks
· Answering and responding to queries via telephone and email
· Making calls to residents and Smart Energy Homes partners
· Ensuring that documents provided by the customer are compliant and to the guidelines set by the ECO 4 Scheme/Utility Company
· Liaising with installers, customers, and surveyors to ensure accurate documentation is provided in readiness for the Submissions team
· Reporting and monitoring sales channels
· Coordinating sales channel activity
· Any other tasks as required by the Business
Skills/Experience
- Previous ECO/regulated industry experience
- Telesales/Outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Results driven
- Ability to prioritise and manage own work-load
Hours of Work
· Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm (TBC), 37.5 hours per week
Salary
· £26,000 to £28,000 per annum
