A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative clinical skills educator to join our community care team. There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to increase their hours and hold a case load alongside their educator position. The successful applicant will provide competency based training across our Integrated care teams and supported discharge service. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
