We're looking for a Central Admin Assistant to work as part of the firm's Central Admin Support team. This role can be based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. Day to day, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal divisions with administrative tasks, enabling them to provide top-notch legal services to our clients. You'll also support our business services functions with admin tasks, proactively assessing work deadlines for the team and flagging any workload issues. You will be a valued member of our team, where hard work is balanced with a supportive environment, carrying out critical tasks for the whole firm, delivering accurate work, and always on time. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills who takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile to provide additional support when required. Administration and attention to detail are key parts of this role, and, at a minimum, we would like someone with previous experience in a similar position, ideally within the legal or professional services industry.
