The Dyfodol service supports those in criminal justice services who have experienced issues with substance use. We are looking for an organised and self-motivated individual to provide an efficient and professional administration service for our Dyfodol service at HMP Parc. You will play a key role in monitoring performance, outcomes and interactions with the service and support caseworkers in their day to day case management of prisoners at HMP Parc. The role is well suited to individuals who are proficient with IT and have experience of working with data and reporting systems. You will need to be adaptable and open to change as the service develops, with an eye for detail and a focus on accuracy. Working within the prison environment requires someone confident, caring and able to show support to vulnerable people in our service, showing dignity and respect. Administrative duties include but arent limited to the handling of telephone calls, welcoming visitors and dealing with them promptly and courteously. The role will also require you to maintain and update data in a timely and accurate manner, and produce information for reports as directed by managers and relevant others.
