Job Responsibility:

Location: Dakota House, Concord Business Park, M22 0RR, near Manchester Airport. Salary: Starting from £22,500 per annum, plus bonus scheme and fantastic staff benefits.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days (Monday - Friday) in office environment

Wellness International Ltd are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Administrator to join their teamThe ideal applicant will have experience from working in a similar role with strong administrative and organizational skills, recognise work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. The ideal candidate should complement Wellness International Ltd.'s existing team in delivering a high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and data entry to the Occupational Health teams.
  • Record management and storage, maintaining accurate records held on our occupational health software.
  • Send occupational health reports to clients in line with our clinical pathway.
  • Schedule virtual and face-to-face occupational health appointments
  • Monitor quality of health surveillance data received from occupational health technicians.
  • Responsible for the daily upload and review health surveillance data daily on the occupational health portal, ensuring a high level of data accuracy.
  • Feedback any concerns to the occupational health technicians/team leader.
  • Creating and uploading health surveillance certificates to the occupational health portal.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple diaries, scheduling calls requested by the occupational health advisor and prioritising urgent cases where necessary.
  • Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary as part of the role.

What will make you a successful candidate?

  • The successful candidate will be passionate and self-motivated, with exceptional customer service skills. An excellent communicator, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality, consent, and data protection.
  • Having systems knowledge including Microsoft office suite and patient database experience would be advantageous. Professional telephone skills are a must. Occupational Health experience is not essential but is preferred.
  • Highly organised and adept at managing their workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
