Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our leadership team within Women & Children's Division at East Sussex Healthcare. This General Manager post will lead our Service Management Team and work across all our services as a truly diverse role. We are a Division with both acute and community services and we are looking for an outstanding leader to take us forward in our journey of continual improvement. We are looking for a skilled and accomplished individual with the ability to drive our vision for further improvement. You will need excellent influencing and negotiation skills, a proven track record of working closely with clinical and system colleagues with the experience of delivering to standards and deadlines. You will be an expert in RTT and access for patients as well as a background in service improvement and redesign as we are ever changing and improving. There is a close focus on finances and this will form a key part of the role so a proven track record in financial improvement will be necessary. This role will require travel across East Sussex - hot site is Conquest and therefore this will be the base and majority of time expected to be there.
