Overview:We are currently seeking a Retail Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service in a retail environment.
Duties:- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection and purchases- Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues- Utilise bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers- Demonstrate product knowledge to promote sales and meet customer needs- Conduct transactions accurately using basic maths skills- Maintain an organised and tidy store environment- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks
Experience:- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous- Multilingual abilities are a plus- Strong organisational skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to sell products effectively- Proficient in basic maths- Good time management skills
