Data Scientist — Greenfield AI/ML PlatformLocation: London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) | Type: Full-time or Contract | Salary: Competitive

We're building a greenfield AI/ML-powered platform and looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to develop models, design experiments, and turn data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to build ML solutions that directly impact the business.

What You'll Do

Develop, train, and deploy ML models for real-world business problems.Design and run experiments, A/B tests, and statistical analyses.Build data pipelines in collaboration with data engineers.Work with structured, unstructured, and streaming data sources.Communicate insights and model performance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate across product, engineering, and commercial teams to align models with business goals.

What You Bring

5+ years experience in applied data science or ML.Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).Solid knowledge of statistics, ML algorithms, and experimental design.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and data pipelines.Strong SQL skills and data wrangling experience.Bonus: Financial data, fintech, or regulatory modelling experience.
