We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable Manager to join our clothing department.
You must be committed to delivering the very highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Working with some truly great brands from premises and a location that are second to none. You will be responsible for selling clothing, accessories, managing the clothing team and making sure your sales targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background preferably from the motorcycle or automotive industries but we will also consider applications from candidates with a strong background in retail sales who have a real passion for motorcycles as well.
You will be enthusiastic, well organised and an excellent communicator with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
A passion for all things two wheels would be a distinct advantage.
Full on-going manufacturer training provided as necessary.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is driven by target achievement and the delivery of a truly exceptional level of customer service.
You should be able to build long term customer relationships and play an active role in helping to take our business forward. Excellent time management and personal organisation skills are also a must.
Your Main Duties will include:
- Managing the clothing department
- Managing the staff
- Assisting with the sale of market leading branded clothing products.
- Ensuring customers are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
- Helping to maintain the merchandising of our clothing store to manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring the store is kept tidy and attending to customer requirements.

- Processing and dispatching online orders.
The role is full time 5 days a week including Saturdays.
The successful candidate will be personable, presentable, polite, confident, organised and eager to get the job done to the best possible standard. You will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for all things two wheels together with a willingness and ability to learn.
Desirable:
· Previous retail managerial experience.
· Numerate, strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
· Strong organisational skills, an eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
· Enthusiasm, energy, determination and a passion for clothing and all things Motorbike.
· Online Merchandising skills.
· Ability to understand commercial priorities and respond accordingly.
· Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
· Highly organized multi-tasker who can juggle several priorities.
· Ecommerce/CMS platform experience, with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve if necessary.
· SEO experience

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
