Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Data Annotator to join our AI & Machine Learning team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development of high-quality datasets that will be used to train and leverage generative AI models. As a Senior Data Annotator, you will be responsible for managing and assigning work to a team of Data Annotators.

This team will be accurately labeling data, ensuring the integrity and quality of the datasets, and collaborating with our data scientists and engineers to improve our AI systems.

We will only consider candidates currently residing in Northern Ireland for this position.

You will need to have sufficient computer competency to use complex computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and assigning work to a team of Data Annotators.

• Enursing team accurately label and annotate data according to the guidelines and standards provided.

• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on labeled data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Guideline Adherence: Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to maintain high standards of data labeling.

• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide feedback on data quality issues.

• Tool Utilization: Use labeling tools and software to complete annotation tasks efficiently.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of labeling activities and update project documentation as required.

• Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions for improving the data labeling process and contribute to the development of better labeling guidelines and tools.

Requirements

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in data science, computer science, or related fields is a plus.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data labeling tasks.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve labeling issues and inconsistencies.

• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in data labeling or a related role is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with specific domains such as image recognition, natural language processing, or other relevant area
