Job Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term

Location: Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire

Hours: 15 hours per week

Salary: £12.80 per hour, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual for a 12-month fixed term contract to join our a staff-shop located at our warehouse in Burton-Upon-Trent.

THE PERSON

To be successful, we’d like you to show us that you have:

• Previous retail experience
• Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily
• Excellent communication
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion and enthusiasm for our products
• The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
• The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
