You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end health checks on our order management processes, supporting SAP S4/HANA and MyMediset systems, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our order management systems.

What you will be doing:

You will conduct thorough health checks on all order management processes, monitor transaction lifecycles, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. This role is key in maintaining the health of our order management systems and supporting the CS frontline teams.

What impact you will also have:

Perform comprehensive health checks on order management processes from order entry to invoice delivery and returns management. Proactively identify and resolve issues in the transaction lifecycle. Collaborate with CS frontline teams and ERP IT support to address system-related issues. Share details of unhealthy orders with key stakeholders promptly. Provide weekly summaries and reports on order management system health.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP S4/HANA and MyMediset systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights and reports. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in order management.
