Our digital healthcare platform, My Bupa is driving transformation by helping to catalyse an exciting array of digital health innovations that will redefine how our customers access care and wellbeing services in the UK.
We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated product leader to drive our digital health portfolio (Blua) and create a market-leading health care platform that will delight and engage our customers. This person will play a critical role in building out digital product management at Bupa and be responsible for managing several product teams of a rapidly growing function.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a core product area of My Bupa, working with digital, business, and technical leaders to define the priorities and timeframes for delivery.
Demonstrate cross functional leadership across the My Bupa product portfolio to deliver excellent digital customer journeys
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and key milestones to business and senior stakeholders.
Lead a team of product managers whilst working collaboratively with other Heads of Product to manage dependencies across squads.
Establish and track key customer and business outcomes, leveraging customer insights, user centred design, and analytics to drive customer centred solutions.
Deliver business value through digital, aligning products and services with customer expectations.
What you'll bring
Significant experience in digital product management experience, ideally in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (including 0-1 product and feature development), preferably in the health tech industry
A track record of building, leading, and mentoring a team of high performing product managers and digital product teams.
Senior stakeholder management experience and the ability to articulate and drive a product vision, strategy, and outcomes.
Strong strategic thinker who is able to work cross functionally to build the product vision and strategy for a product area
Excellent experience leveraging data analytics to drive product decisions, ensuring personalised user experiences and targeted engagement strategies
