Making A Difference as A Regulation Support Officer in the Place Services Directorate. We are looking to recruit a proactive and experienced Officer with excellent attention to detail to join our dedicated Regulatory Services Team. The postholder will have a key role in providing support to enable the delivery our services to the residents and businesses of St Helens. This role will involve the co-ordination of the administration to a wide range of functions across Regulatory services including Environmental Health, Trading Standards and the Licensing and Land Charges teams and on occasion Bereavement Services. The successful candidate will take the lead on providing a dedicated customer focus, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of all administrative staff and Apprentices.
