Full time (37 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the full-time role of HHSRS Co-Ordinator in bpha's Building Services Team.

As the HHSRS Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for providing an effective co-ordination and administrative support service for the building services team. You'll monitor, manager and report compliance with statutory and non-statutory health and safety obligations (in line with legislation & bpha policies and procedures). You will communicate clear and accurate information to residents.

If you are successful in this role you will:

  • Ensure that updates are processed in a timely manner

  • Ensure the asset management system (Asprey) is kept up to date at all times

  • Work collaboratively across the IHMS department to ensure accurate records are kept.

The right candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of interpreting and updating data accurately

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service and showing and understanding of and commitment to equality and diversity, in all aspects of work

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office software

  • Previous demonstrable experience working with large quantities of data of various types

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally committed to providing excellent quality information to both internal and external stakeholders where required

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A good working knowledge of Asprey or other social housing compliance systems

  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation affecting Social Landlords

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when validating data across complex areas and provide accurate reports

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to provide the most effective service possible, assisting others as and when required to achieve this.
