Personal Assistant to Head of Department Salary: London ranging from £31,600 to £45,000 Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a team that works at the heart of corporate finance and capital markets activity in London? The team/department We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on an administrative and regulatory support role for two Heads of Department across the Strategy & Architecture and Digital Systems functions. The role involves a wide range of professional support and regulatory tasks, including complex diary management, running regulatory reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience across two key departments, with exposure to the wider organization.   • Managing the diaries of both Heads of Department, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, ensuring materials are prepared and distributed in advance
  • Taking and circulating minutes, tracking action items and follow-ups
  • Supporting in planning, executing, and monitoring departmental projects
  • Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, providing regular updates

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, specifically OneNote, Excel, Word and MS Teams
  • Experience providing complex diary management and administrative support to a high standard
  • Demonstratable experience of supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously and balancing time appropriately
