A key part of your role will be to engage with partners and the wider TEC network, keeping updated with cutting edge technology and identifying how this can support Warrington residents 'to live and age well with dignity, safety, and reassurance independently at home for as long as they are able'.

The team work closely with our established in house Carecall team who monitor calls from Telecare Sensors and provide the response that is required to meet their needs. You will also need to engage and work collaboratively with all front line services to ensure they are knowledgeable in understanding the TEC offer and the outcomes this can achieve for the people they support.
The Telecare Service is part of Warrington Borough Council's One Front Door Service which is the single point of contact for all of Warrington residents needing to access Warrington's health and social care services. Working together, our Health and Social Care services have created a “One system, One population, One purpose” to improve the outcomes for our Warrington Residents and to give them the ability to remain in a place that they call home for as long as safely possible.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative, drive, and enthusiasm. It is essential that you also have the passion and vision to take the service forward into the future, be creative and solution focused.
