Salary:£57,554 dependant on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with key customers to understand and interpret resource requirements, ensuring resource supply solutions are in line with cost, time, and customer expectations
  • Being the key interface with stakeholders for people capability and resource, which will include structured planning and delivery of regular reviews including all parties involved with the IM&T organisation at all levels
  • Resource supply and allocation, facilitating recruitment of all types including permanent and subcontract recruitment, or consultancy engagement and fulfilling supply for Early Careers roles
  • People Capability Development co-ordination by liaising with line managers and relevant stakeholders in ensuring our people achieve their full potential through appropriate people development initiatives such as stretching job opportunities, and training & development interventions
  • You will work closely with the Head of People capability in the delivery of the annual Strategic Workforce Planning process and support implementation and delivery of strategic people capability actions to ensure that the Function achieves its future workforce requirements
  • You will work closely with the team's Early Careers Lead for purposes of service continuity during peak times or annual leave

Your skills and experiences:

Essentials:

  • Experience of resource demand planning and ability to interpret resource demand data for purposes of resource supply and recruitment in a similar facing role
  • Good understanding of recruitment process' and practice's
  • Knowledge of IT workforce capability development, through skills identification and development, training and talent management
  • Proven experience of authoring management reports attached to all aspects of People Capability Management

Desirables:

  • Background of People Development
  • Good understanding of personal development planning and implementation of training & development intervention planning/scheduling
  • Experience of Strategic Workforce Planning in line with long term business planning processes
