Brainbox Ltd is a well established and growing, international life sciences company, operating at the cutting edge of brain research. Customer relationships and credibility in the field are paramount to our success, so everything we do must support this.

As we actively scale, an opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Administration Assistant. Ideally we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn. • Organising and monitoring logistics: for incoming and outgoing orders; for service and maintenance; and for conferences and exhibitions.
  • Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices and receipts, and entering data into our CRM system.
  • Facilitating meetings, both internally, externally and with visitors.
  • Other activities that may be requested by senior managers.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths; or at least 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrable written and oral skills to an excellent standard;
