Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for seller activation, activeness and growth, formulate seller stratification, identify key block issues and build corresponding incubation strategies to support their success in TikTok Shop from scratch.
Conduct planning, execution and review of scalable seller growth projects, such as seller cold-start/growth mission and incentive, life-cycle email campaigns.
Identify issues, develop hypotheses, execute analysis, figure out opportunities and provide solutions to drive TikTok Shop seller growth in Europe, including but not limited to seller performance, category development, merchandise growth, content, traffic, incentives etc.
Synthesize internal and external research to understand sellers' profiles, operational pain points, and the root causes of issues that affect sellers' business performance, formulate data-driven near-/medium-/long-term business recommendations, ensuring a forward-thinking and adaptive approach.
Collaborate in cross-functional conversations (e.g. product, campaign, policy, logistics), move forward product optimization and product adoption, identify and manage dependencies to influence business decisions/change and strategically improve operational efficiency.
Identifying, prioritising and recruiting merchants and onboarding them to e-commerce platform.
Build category-specific business plan optimizing against pricing, selection, brand diversity to maximize growth and customer experience.
Build and execute channel promotion strategies, as well as driving continuous traffic optimizations.
Partner closely with the product team to translate merchant, partner, and internal user feedback into new features.
Manage Influencer briefs and campaign support
Oversee TikTok shop Influencer strategy.
Oversee the Influencer affiliate programme.
Liaising with wider marketing team to create and coordinate Influencer strategies that work across organic social & paid social .
Responsible for the monthly Influencer sample spend.
Oversee day to day workflow of junior team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Extensive experience of sales operation / program management in retail or marketplace platform.
Track record of success defining strategies, implementing business plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional and high-level stakeholders.
